Consulting is for an individual or team for the purpose of developing a strategy for Girls Ministry that fits your ministry structure. We will begin with a complimentary 45-minute start-up session where you will share your current ministry structure and how you want to see your ministry grow. From there Krista will develop a customized consulting package for your team.
Event Consulting is for an individual or team for the purpose of helping you brainstorm, plan and execute a girls’ event. We will start with a complimentary 30-minute session where you will share the needs you have for planning your event. Then Krista will create a customized consulting package where you will be able to discuss themes, activities, schedules, and more to create the right event for your girls. We also offer a one-time brainstorming session for those looking for fresh ideas for their next event.
*Consulting can be done in person or via zoom.

Coaching is for women in Girls Ministry who want to grow personally and professionally. Krista will provide each woman with encouraging conversations that will help her continue to become the leader her girls need. The purpose is to give her a safe place to ask leadership questions, discuss strategies, deal with obstacles or concerns and talk through anything concerning her girls and ministry.
*Coaching sessions can be face to face or over the phone based on travel and time.
